About Me

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to visit EvanKruegerCFI.com and reading about my experiences in aviation. My name is Evan Krueger and I’m a pilot, certified flight instructor, and overall aviation enthusiast. My passion for aviation started pretty early in life and I was lucky enough to recognize that it was what I wanted to spend the rest of my life in pursuit of.

My flight training experience began in high school where I took flight lessons in Southern Wisconsin and was fortunate enough to earn my private pilot’s licence in 2009 on my 17th birthday. My training then continued for a year at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale where I studied Aviation Management. Unfortunately, due to financial circumstances, I had to discontinue my education after only a year. I eventually finished my degree in aeronautics with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide in 2019.

After spending four years building and selling a transportation company, I had the opportunity to continue my training full time. I earned my instrument rating and commercial certificate in 2017 and my certified flight instructor and commercial multi-engine ratings in 2018.

Currently, I am a part-time flight instructor in the Madison, Wisconsin area and fly a Pilatus PC-12 part-time for a government agency. I am also a proud member of the FAASTeam.

I am always more than happy to assist anyone with their flight training journey. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested in flying together.

This website and collection of resources is dedicated to everyone who has helped me on my journey so far in aviation. I hope you are able to learn just as much from this collection as I have learned from those who have helped me.
